FPPA Membership Information

  
 

 

 If you are a public-sector HR professional or consulting firm, FPPA is for you. Our organization gives you the ability to collaborate with others in your field and can provide the training needed for advancement in your organization. Click here for more information about FPPA.    
     

Who is eligible to join?

  
  Any local (city or county) government, any state agency or other governmental agency, any individual involved in public personnel management or civil service administration, or other individual associated with the same fields on behalf of management. There are five classes of membership:  
 

Membership Dues

  
 

Agency $125.00
Those persons responsible for civil service personnel functions in any city, county, state, or other government agency in the State of Florida. Membership covers the agency and three (3) of its representatives. An agency may have more than one (1) agency membership.

 

  
 

Associate $125.00
Consultants or individuals who are exclusively engaged in representing management in the field of personnel with the desire to aid and further the objectives of FPPA.

 

  
 

Individual $50.00
Individuals who are actively engaged in some phase of governmental personnel management in the State of Florida.

 
 

Retiree $15.00
Individuals who have retired from some phase of governmental personnel management and were active members of FPPA for at least five (5) years.

 
  Student $15.00
Full-time graduate or undergraduate student enrolled in a Public Administration or Personnel Management program.
   
 

How do I become a member?
  To join FPPA, please download the membership form below. Fill out the form completely and send payment to the address listed. You will receive an FPPA password immediately upon receipt of your dues.
